MSC is great for those that want to put in the sea time and raise their license fast... They also do very interesting work. I've been master of two USNS ships, the USNS VINDICATOR (USCG DPB program) and USNS INVINCIBLE. Both were very interesting programs. Nice to be back on commercial ships with commercial sailors, though.

If your shipboard fire situation is not TOP SECRET, we can always us such incidents at our school as examples of "see what happens when you train for emergencies" catagory. if you write it up we could use it!
