summer 73 in bermuda diving was fantastic, i got my open water dive with jay parker. that was also when paul ran off the end of the pier on his bike, god that was funny. It was like watching that old movie mr roberts. What i would give to be there again. Love you Cap. rusty

Rusty,
It was a bummer to loose Cap and I'm very sorry to hear of your father's passing. Cap was one hell of a man. I owe him so much and certainly for my career.
Did your son go to a maritime school? Was he sailing in NY harbor?
Best regards,
Jamie
Thanks for your note and kind words about the site. It's really great to have you aboard. The Tabor Boy has been an incredible experience for so many young men and women over the years. The memories and appreciation for it seem to get richer over time.
It's really fun to reconnect with shipmates like you. Hope our real life courses cross again in the future. If you ever make it up to Tabor, look me up; I'm right next door in Mattapoisett.
Rusty,
Welcome aboard and it's great to be reconnected with you! This site has been terrific for catching up with old shipmates and living vicariously through post of the current crew.
Thanks for joining and again,
Welcome,
Jamie
