Favorite Tabor Boy moment
There are so many. Overcoming fear of heights that first day climbing rigging & setting sails - the beauty of peer pressure! Getting submerged hanging onto the dolphin striker as the bow dropped into big swells. "Shore leave" on Nantucket in our uniforms, imagining all the girls falling for us. Early morning swims jumping off the side (I recall this was done bare-assed.) The sperm whale that followed us several miles off Cape Cod National Seashore and PTown.

Welcome aboard Ate!

Your recall of your favorite moments aboard the Tabor Boy brought back memories of my own time aboard and that's what I like most about this site. If you have any photos from your time aboard, please post them.

Again, welcome,

Jamie
