Fall of 1990 deck hand, spring 1991 cook, fall 1991 second mate, spring 1992 second mate. Also, Summer 1991 cook, summer 1992 second mate. I was crew for 2 full summers of Orientation at Sea cruises. 2 of the best summers of my life.

Favorite Tabor Boy moment

Offically: Sailing the 1992 tallships parade in Boston Harbor, sailing in the great schooner race in Maine, quarry diving, cooking out at night on Hell's haf acre, showering in the natural falls on Some's Sound etc.. Unofficially, lets just say mischief was the order of the day, girls were chased after, hilarity ensued and sometimes the law came a knockin'. Teenage boy's paradise.
