Congratulations to Matt Twomey for obtaining his USCG Third Mate Unlimited License! Matt has worked hard over the last four years sailing almost perpetually to collect the sea time and experience to sit for the license. He passed the four day exam with flying colors and will soon be sailing on the license with Military Sealift Command. Bravo Zulu!
